March 20, 2019 John Tomlinson

The Historic Downtown District of Saint Charles is a shopper’s paradise. Most of the shops are located on Main Street and are located amongst plenty of places to eat, small little nook parks for a rest, and historical attractions. The area is about 15 blocks long and terminates at the Foundry Art Centre which features working artists and their studios.
