Festivities begin with a balloon glow on Friday night beneath the World's Fair Pavilion in Forest Park. Race day activities include a parachute team exhibition, children's entertainment area, performances from local St. Louis dance and theatre troupes plus inflatables, games, giveaways, Midway concessions, food trucks and sponsor activities prior to the launch of the hare and hound balloons at 4:30 pm.
