This annual street festival, which began in 1984, celebrates everything Italian. Signature events like the Grape Stomp and Bocce Tournament are just part of two days designed to feature Italian food and fun for the family with events and activities like the Wine Garden, Fest Olympics, Italian Cooking Contest, Craft Fair, Wine Making Contest, and a Children’s area. Saturday morning features a 5-K Run-Walk and the Parade is always a big draw Saturday at 4 pm. A major feature is the continuous live musical entertainment on three stages located at different locations. But the real calling card of the Italian Fest continues to be the authentic Italian fare including Fest favorites like spedini, Italian beef, spumoni, bagna cauda, canolli, and Italian Ices.
