To get a real feel for fall in Missouri an October trip up the Great River Road (Highway 79) is an absolute must! And while you're out, be sure to stop in the picturesque community of Elsberry that first weekend in October for a fun-filled day including all things "fall." The event features a parade including antique tractors and marching bands. There will also be crafts and artisans in the park, pumpkins, hayrides and games for children, catfish sandwiches, homemade pie, and a wide array of delicious eats, along with live music. A live convert in the park begins at 5 pm. Mark your calendar and plan to join in on the fun with this Great River Road community this October in Elsberry!
