Sparta's annual Lighted Christmas Parade begins at 6 pm and starts at the Sparta High School and runs through the downtown area. Immediately following the Parade there will be free chili and entertainment at the Sparta VFW at 1911 North Market Street and kids will be able to visit with Santa. At 8 pm there will be a fireworks show.
