The Band’s repertoire includes marches, show tunes, standards, some light classical selections, and yes, a little rock and roll! In keeping with the German heritage of the community, the band also indulges the crowd with an occasional polka.

The Waterloo Homecoming is held annually the last Saturday in August. This event features live music, games, and plenty of food and drink offered by local organizations. A parade will wind its way through downtown with floats, marching bands, and other items of interest at 1 pm. A Monster Truck Show is featured at the grandstand beginning at 7 pm.

At the Civil War camp visitors can learn about the life of a Civil War soldier as well as how the Civil War affected Ste. Genevieve County. 4th Friday Art Walk is a monthly open studio and gallery walk between 6 and 9 pm through a compact three-by-three block area of Ste. Genevieve's downtown quaint National Historic District. The Waterloo Chamber of Commerce is pleased to host this downtown concert series. Once a month between June and September, the Downtown Concert Series will feature a different band on the second Sunday of each month.
