Sainte Genevieve EncampmentThe Sainte Genevieve Encampment is a step back in time. Come and enjoy camp living history, colonial craft and fire-starting demonstrations, a tomahawk throw, a bayonet drill, as well as children’s games and drill instruction. This encampment is sponsored by the Milice de Sainte Genevieve, living history organization dedicated to educating and demonstrating skills and living conditions that were used by the local militias from the 1750s through the 1790s.
