Since 1973 the City of Arnold has celebrated its incorporation in a yearly community event formally known as Arnold Days that offers a multitude of activities including parades, music, food, and fireworks. Festivities start on Friday with concessions, information, product and crafts booths, games, rides, and a concert. Saturday offers a fishing derby, a car show, more food and games, fireworks, and another concert. The celebration ends on Sunday with more food and games, a parade, a competition featuring the Texaco Country Showdown.
