  Pike County, Illinois 
Pike County offers a variety of events throughout the year including a Civil War reenactment, the Western Illinois Fair, and the popular Fall Color Drive. Most communities in Pike County have an annual celebration where the town come together for some old fashioned fun.
  Adams County, Illinois
Events in Adams County center on the river city of Quincy which has a number of events in all seasons including art fairs, historical events, and festivals along the riverfront. There are also a series of events centered around the historical windmill in Golden.
  Hancock County, Illinois
Explore history and culture by visiting the events in Hancock County and the towns of Nauvoo and Carthage. The Nauvoo Pageant is three weeklong event and the Nauvoo Grape Festival has become a Labor Day tradition and is one of the oldest festivals in West Central Illinois.
  Lee County, Iowa
Lee County is host to a variety of events occurring throughout the year. Bald Eagles are the spotlight in January and a large Civil War reenactment is held every April. The warmer months brings a blues festival on the river, numerous 4th of July activities, hot air balloons, and a popular sweet corn festival. Fall is the time for Tri-State Rodeo, an independent film festival, and an apple festival. Whatever time you visit Lee County you’ll be sure to find something to do.
