Location: Alton Riverfront Amphitheater, #1 Henry Street, Alton, IL

Date: Tuesday, July 3, 2018

Time: Grounds open at 5 pm; fireworks at 9:15 pm

Description: The City of Alton presents this annual Fireworks Festival is held along the Alton Riverfront. Gates for the event at the Liberty Bank Amphitheater open at 5 pm. Come enjoy food, drink, live entertainment and a fabulous fireworks display over the Mississippi River. A special VIP ticket can be purchased for an upgraded experience, which includes parking close to the venue. The fireworks display is set to take off around 9:15 pm.

Hudson & the Hoo Doo Cats


Hudson & the Hoo Doo Cats is known as a a JitterbugaBilly band, which was founded in Austin, Texas in 1989 and relocated to St. Louis, Missouri in 1995. The band focuses on swingin' shufflin' blues, 50s rock and roll and rockabilly, and medium tempo dance music (West Coast, Lindy Hop, and Imperial and more), as well as many original songs penned by founder and songwriter, Hudson Harkins. The band has long been a favorite of St. Louis area swing dance clubs and music fans.

General Admission: FREE with open seating on the general admission lawn area.

VIP: tickets include entry to amphitheater, assigned seating in the VIP area, reserved parking and access to VIP tent on the side of the stage with private concession booth.
