     River Clean-Up: 9 am to Noon
     Festival: Noon to 10 pm

Description: Come celebrate life on the Mississippi River through art, music, and conservation! The event will kick-off with a river clean-up beginning at 9 am. The festival is part of a statewide celebration of our rivers and an opportunity to learn more about the environmental issues in our region and solutions. The festival features informational booths on ecology, native plants & animals, and recycling, as well as nature-inspired, artisan-made wares, kids activities, a great selection of local food & beverages, and a scavenger hunt. Free fun for the entire family! Wind-powered music will fill the air throughout the day, culminating with live entertainment from 7 pm - 10 pm.
